We are looking for a dynamic National Business Manager to join us and help drive our success.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:The primary purpose of this position is responsible for the overall P&L and for achieving sales and gross margin targets for Stowers Containment Solutions.Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, this role ensures Stowers becomes the preferred supplier of packaging and materials handling solutions by effectively deploying and managing sales and marketing resources, and by coordinating with other departments to meet strategic goals.Your key responsibilities will be to:Overseeing the day-to-day management of Stowers nationally. Providing motivation and leadership to direct reports.Manage asset utilization, ensure compliance and financial procedures and contribute to financial planning.Provide accurate forecasting and S&OP.Achieve or exceed budgeted sales for Stowers nationally, including Sales Management, Customer Service, and Showrooms.Build core growth capability in terms of team, structure, processes, and products to achieve growth aligned with the PPNZ strategy.Drive strategic business growth nationally by focusing on PPNZ (PPA) sourced national product growth, national growth of other key products, and the strategy and national sales growth of new products.Manage costs and prices, including standard price books and quoted pricing, to achieve sales targets.Embed and grow the e-commerce platform and sales channel.Continue to refine a demand and forecast-driven stock purchasing and management process.Oversee Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) for sales, Customer Service, showroom, and purchasing in conjunction with the Stowers HSES lead.To be successful in this role, you'll have:Proven sales experience with an understanding of sales margins and targets.Strong leadership, financial, and commercial acumen.Excellent analytical skills and decision-making abilities.Focused on customer service and continuous improvement.Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment.Strategy development and execution.Results driven but future focused.Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience in management.Process improvement knowledge is desirable.Additional InformationIn return we offer:Competitive Salary and BenefitsDiscounted health insurance premiums through Southern CrossDiscounted rates and savings through our anz@work benefits programA workplace that focuses on Safety First.A supportive team culture and strong leadership.How to apply:If you're ready to take the next step in your career and leave your mark, this role is perfect for you!
