About the role:
The National Account Executive serves as a vital support role within the Beauty Sales Team, dedicated to ensuring the effective management and enhancement of key accounts.
This position is designed to assist Account Managers and the sales team by handling critical administrative functions, coordinating sales initiatives, and providing exceptional service to national accounts.
By facilitating smooth operations and supporting the execution of strategic account plans, the National Account Executive helps drive sales growth across pharmacy, grocery, retail, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve overall team objectives in the NZ market.
The National Account Executive will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that our 3PL and Merchandising Agency have full and complete communication, to ensure seamless supply into market while also building strong relationships with internal teams and functions.
Role & Responsibilities: Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to secure information required for New Line Form completion (pricing, codes, measurements, ingredients, etc).Point of contact for any product, NPD, OOS queries from merchandisers.Support Account Manager with Marketing/Design on artwork required for catalogue submissions.Coordinating with local 3PL and merchandising partners. Skills & Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.Tertiary level education within Business, Science, or other related area.Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or FMCG preferred.Knowledge of latest Beauty trends and social influencers.Understanding of the Retail Beauty Landscape and Brands.
