About The Role:
As our Business Development / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the sales pipeline. This role involves overseeing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the company's products or services remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include: Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within key markets and industries.Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop growth strategies.Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing client relationships, and increase brand awareness.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Lead efforts in creating strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's reach and capabilities.Sales Leadership & Management: Manage the sales team, setting clear sales targets and motivating them to meet or exceed goals.Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to help team members improve their sales skills and performance.Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are followed up promptly and opportunities are closed efficiently.Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and adjustments to strategies as needed.Develop and maintain sales processes to ensure smooth operations and consistent results.Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Lead high-level meetings and negotiations with potential clients, addressing their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposals to potential clients to effectively communicate the value proposition.Resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term partnerships.Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market goals.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and present findings to upper management.Use CRM tools and sales analytics to track leads, opportunities, and closed sales.Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong experience in managing and leading a team to success.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
