Your role is to document compliance against company behaviours and practices, elevating their customer experience and helping them build a consumer preferred and trusted brand. Responsibilities: Visit various car dealerships/shops within a specific timeframe.Understand the "brief" or "requirements" of the visit.Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop.Submit your survey findings online within the deadline.Skills needed: Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/tablet and a Smart Phone.Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills.High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.A full drivers licenceIf you are reliable, self-motivated and want to make a difference to customer service then this is for you.
