Music Specialist

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher The arts Belmont School (Auckland) is seeking a specialist music teacher. This is a permanent position and could have a MU attached for the right candidate. Our school music room is very well resourced. You will teach every class once a week for 45 minutes and lead our weekly singing assemblies. Currently, we have an outstanding choir, rock band, and marimba bands. Being able to play the guitar and/or piano is advantageous. Performing arts, including our music programme, is well established and well supported by staff and parents. Our students are very enthusiastic and enjoy our performing arts programme. There is a dedicated classroom space attached to the hall. Pre visits are welcome.
