We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team.

This position would suit someone outgoing and energetic, who excels in Retail Management and is looking to step into a fun, fast-paced, and exciting role!
This position will oversee the efficient running of our two Retail stores in Christchurch.
Responsibilities: Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve monthly Sales Targets and KPIs.
Manage staff, including Rosters, Hiring, Coaching, and supporting the development of the Team.
Oversee Stock Management with a focus on attention to detail due to high stock turn and a large number of SKUs.
Implement Visual Merchandising according to global directives in a timely fashion.
Qualifications: Experience in a similar leadership role.
Positive and motivated attitude.
Clear communication skills and ability to lead by example.
You will be supported by a great in-store team including 2 x 2ICs and local head office.
