Multi Site Retail Manager

Want to work with the hottest Footwear Brand? CROCS. We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team. We believe that comfort is the key to happiness, and our legendary CROCS comfort makes the world a happier place, one pair of shoes at a time.
Our Vision: Everyone comfortable in their own shoes. This position would suit someone outgoing and energetic, who excels in Retail Management and is looking to step into a fun, fast-paced, and exciting role! This position will oversee the efficient running of our two Retail stores in Christchurch.
Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve monthly Sales Targets and KPIs.
Manage staff, including Rosters, Hiring, Coaching, and supporting the development of the Team.
Oversee Stock Management with a focus on attention to detail due to high stock turn and a large number of SKUs.
Implement Visual Merchandising according to global directives in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
Experience in a similar leadership role.
Positive and motivated attitude.
Clear communication skills and ability to lead by example.
You will be supported by a great in-store team including 2 x 2ICs and local head office.
