Join Sephora and lead the team across our two stores in New Zealand, New Market and Sylvia Park, as Multi-Site Manager on a Full-Time (38hr) basis. This is your opportunity to bring your passion, share your knowledge, and make your mark at a leading global beauty retailer.
Manage and maximize business strategies for a network consisting of two stores. The Multi-Site Manager is accountable for recruiting and developing their management and store teams, ensuring maximum profitability and compliance with company objectives and policies while focusing on the improvement of the client's experience. The Multi-Site Manager will partner with the support office team on company initiatives and champion these with the store network.

You will also work alongside a Store Trainer & the HR team. You will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Leaders to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.
You'll also play a key role to:
Develop strategies to maximize sales potential by accurately forecasting sales, ensuring that the staffing plans are in alignment with the business trends, and adjusting payroll accordingly.Create action plans to increase profit and control variable expenses by evaluating the P&L monthly.Understand the competitive retail landscape within the network and create opportunities to address business challenges.Be innovative within the store network and share best practices to impact the performance of the entire organization.Manage payroll and budget; Operational oversight including inspection of zoning, scheduling and controllable expense.Ensure that stores maintain and follow standard operational procedures, loss prevention policies and human resource guidelines.Conduct store visits with Managers to evaluate and identify business opportunities to improve sales growth, profitability and client service.Establish relationships with key field partners to ensure that your Store network's needs are met and sales and profitability are maximized.Every day will bring new and exciting challenges to think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore to lead your market to success.

Manage the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitably and identify, analyse, and forecast sales or issues.Enhancing Our Culture. Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.Maintaining Results. We love to keep an eye on the KPIs that drive our business. Core metrics help us measure performance, improve, and achieve our vision of being the most loved beauty community. You'll also monitor KPIs and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.We would love to hear from you if you have: 2+ years multi-store management experience in a highly complex, fast paced business environment.Exceptional leadership and influential skills.Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.Proven ability to lead and build top performing teams.Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profit goals.Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs.
