We are on the lookout for dedicated Detailers to embark on a full-time, fixed-term journey with our Christchurch team during our bustling high season. As a Detailer, you will ensure all vehicles are meticulously prepared and cleaned to meet thl's standards. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Key responsibilities: Produce high-quality vans in line with thl's standards and customer requestsWork flexibly across Wash Bay, Kitchen/Laundry, and Detailing BaysUse cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain vehicle appearanceOperate equipment and machinery to enhance vehicle cleanlinessClean and replace living equipment as necessaryEscalate stock, equipment, and repair issues promptlyParticipate actively in team discussions and suggest improvementsCommunicate clearly with team members, Team Leaders, and the Detailing ManagerPerform other duties as required to achieve thl's objectivesContribute to the thl Health and Safety system by following safe work procedures, reporting incidents, and participating in rehabilitation plansAbout you: Previous experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning and/or vehicle grooming to a high levelClean drivers' license (restricted license as a minimum)Strong team spiritFlexible to work rostered hours; weekends and also day and evening shiftsSkills and attributes: High attention to detailStrong time managementAdaptable and flexible to changeAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamWorks well under pressureTarget-drivenComfortable in a fast-paced environmentReliable and enthusiasticFamiliarity with multicultural environmentsProactive and professional work ethicIf you are passionate about vehicle detailing and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
