You will be working as per the roster; hence flexibility is essential in this role.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAssist clients to check in and check out, providing porter service and concierge if needed.Receiving and processing hotel reservations through our Channel Management System and helping boost sales.Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.Supervise the housekeeping team to finish daily tasks in a quality and timely manner.Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming.Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets.Re-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies. Other cleaning duties include cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture, and polishing furniture.Taking a pro-active approach to cleaning the property and taking pride in the appearance of the property.Working alongside our housekeeping team in day-to-day operations.Providing quality coffee beverages consistently to guests in a timely manner.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience as a hospitality worker and being an all-rounder is ideal.Good time management skills.Able to lift/carry medium to heavy objects.Confident working independently.Barista Certificate would be an advantage.Multitasking skills and previous management experience will be beneficial.Must be able to work public holidays and weekends.If this sounds like you, apply now with your CV and cover letter explaining why you are the best fit for the position.
