Mortgage Relationship Manager

We are looking for a talented Mortgage Relationship Manager for our expanding Finance Group.
Role Description:
You will be doing customer reviews on our existing clients, updating information and attending to borrowing needs including new applications and interest rate refixes and rollovers.
You will be assisting a team with new mortgage applications to the business and managing those customers on an ongoing basis.
Key Attributes you will bring:
Efficient processor: You must be able to move quickly and effectively.
Strong Technical Credit Writing and Property Credit Knowledge.
The right energy.
Ability to communicate with clients: Sit in front of a client, obtain information, and get documents signed.
Experience: At least 5 years in residential/commercial transactions out of a bank/finance company/broking house.
Reasonable tenure.
