Mobile Phone Technician

Are you a sales superstar and a Mobile Repair Ninja? WE WANT YOU!!

We are urgently looking for 3x Mobile Phone Technician/ Sales assistants for our store in Christchurch, Canterbury.

You will be required to perform the following responsibilities:

Selling tech accessories throughout a wide range of products.

Repairing mobile phones, iPads, and other tablets; resolving both software and hardware issues.

Sales of accessories and screen protector installations.

Providing clients with customer service, including troubleshooting, identifying requirements, and providing a thorough explanation of the services that meet their needs while recommending suitable products.

Installing software, updates, and diagnosing software issues.

Preparing and placing new orders for accessories and repair parts as required.

Managing customer complaints if needed.

Keeping the workspace clean and organized.

The candidate will be required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Other important requirements:

Solid and proven repair experience in fixing electronics like Apple and Samsung devices.

Available to work on weekends and public holidays.

Available to work on a flexible roster.

Excellent time-management skills.

Hardworking and a passionate individual.

Attention to detail.

Team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.50 – $29.00 per hour
