Mobile Patrol Officer

In this Mobile Patrol Officer role, you will be a part of the team but with the longer term responsibility to oversee and support our night operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers. This opportunity offers a chance to make a real impact while working within a dynamic and supportive team environment. You'll:

Implement and oversee safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Collaborate with management to identify and address security needs.

Lead a team of night staff to deliver exceptional security services – you'll be working on site 4-5 days a week but have overall responsibility for the 7 day roster.

Please note that this is not a Monday – Friday position, hours of work will include weekend nights (Saturday and Sundays) so you'll need to have flexibility to work these hours.

Preferred Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role

Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

Valid security license or relevant certifications

Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in security management or related field

Certification in First Aid and CPR

Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
