MNZAS Audiologist - Kaitaia Location: Kaitaia, Northland, New Zealand

Bay Audiology operates over 100 clinics from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island, and right now we are looking for qualified Audiologists to join us!

We currently have an opportunity for a MNZAS Audiologist working for our Bay Audiology Kaitaia clinic, while supporting other clinics in the area.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Fridays.

Key Responsibilities: Providing ongoing support and maintenance of client hearing aids Employing diagnostic tests as required Hearing aid fittings and follow-ups Ensure compliance with Bay Audiology's customer service standards and protocols Explain all relevant information to ensure clients have a sufficient understanding of necessary details Build and develop strong relationships with customers, team members, clinicians, GPs, specialists, and the general public Assist Clinic Manager with prompt delivery of weekly reports identifying key opportunities and challenges for the clinic Ensure referrals are followed up in a timely manner Prepare patient quotes for insurance claims Participate and contribute to team meetings, programs, and other activities as required To be successful in your application, you will have: A master's degree in Audiology Strong clinical standards following protocols and policies Excellent numeracy and literacy skills Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for our customers Good judgment and decision-making ability Benefits: Access to discounted health insurance We are an Immigration NZ Accredited Employer While you're employed at Amplifon NZ, receive free top-of-the-range hearing aids (and a discount for family!)
