We are excited to invite talented professionals like you to join our dynamic team!Amplifon is the one and only global company in the NZ hearing sector focused purely on hearing care services and operating under the Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing brands.Bay Audiology operates over 100 clinics from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island, and right now we are looking for qualified Audiologists to join us!
We currently have an opportunity for a MNZAS Audiologist working for our Bay Audiology Kaitaia clinic, while supporting other clinics in the area.
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Fridays.
Key responsibilities include: Providing Ongoing support and maintenance of client hearing aids Employing diagnostic tests as required Hearing aid fittings and follow ups Ongoing support and maintenance of client hearing aids Ensure compliance with Bay Audiologys customer service standards, protocol and meet company expectations.
Explain all relevant information to ensure client has sufficient understanding of necessary details.
Build and develop strong relationships with all customers, team members, clinicians, GPs, Specialists, and the general public.
Assist Clinic Manager with prompt delivery of weekly report Identifying key opportunities and challenges for the clinic Ensure referrals followed up in timely manner.
Prepare patient quotes for insurance claims.
Participate and contribute to team meetings, programmes and other activities as required.
