1. Product Knowledge & Beverage Preparation Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all tea-inspired beverages, menu items, and daily specials.Prepare and present beverages according to the given standards, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.Collaborate with the Beverage Operations Manager to adapt recipes for local preferences as needed.2. Service Standards & Customer Experience Deliver high standards of table service, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient, courteous interactions.Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly, utilizing sales techniques to upsell or suggest additional items.Address customer complaints and queries authoritatively or escalate to the Operations Manager as necessary.3. Training & SOP Compliance Train front-of-house staff on beverage preparation techniques and maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the Wellington location.Ensure compliance with health and safety policies within all service areas, promptly reporting any hazards to management.4. Inventory & Budget Management Provide weekly and monthly ingredient forecasts to the Operations Manager for budget planning and approval.5. Restaurant Maintenance & Cleanliness Oversee the cleanliness of restaurant equipment, tables, crockery, and utensils, ensuring items are accounted for and properly charged.Support kitchen staff in processing and expediting food orders, fostering positive collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house teams.6. Event & Function Management Work with the Manager to plan and manage special events, including developing function packages, pricing, and terms.Coordinate bookings and manage function logistics, upholding high standards of service throughout.
