Trade is a growing part of our business and we're looking for someone with the passion to continue to ensure our store is the leading trade and home improvement destination/supplier for everyone from the home DIYer to the large construction company.
We are looking for a new full-time team member to join our amazing team. Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.30pm (40 hours/week).
The ideal candidate for the role would be someone who:
Trade, Timber and/or Production knowledge
Excellent computer and administration skills
First-rate communication skills and the ability to use these to build trusting relationships with both internal and external contacts
Can-do attitude with a drive to learn and develop; you will thrive on understanding the end-to-end process of our busy Trade Team
Genuine drive to see the business and our customers' goals achieved
Demonstrates time management abilities and copes well in a fast-paced environment
You will also be:
Comfortable using a computerized inventory control system
Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and able to problem solve
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
