The RN will be able to present cases at the MDT for further planning within the MDT forum. The RN is required to work within a framework of clinical governance.We offer integrated triage, assessment, and treatment for patients referred to our service. Mo to matou ropu - About our team The Crisis Resolution Service does:Provide urgent help to avert a crisis. Provide access to services 24 hours a day seven days a week. Be responsive to the needs of people in mental health crisis where the person is; if this is not possible, the person will be supported to travel safely to where the right help is available. Provide assessment by a mental health professional quickly in a place that people feel safe. Provide the option of Home Based Treatment as an alternative to hospital admission. Mou - About you The ideal candidate will possess:Registration with Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ) A current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and scope appropriate to place of work Completion of an undergraduate (leading to registration) or post-graduate program in mental health or intellectual disability nursing.
