We have an exciting opportunity for a Metering Services Administrator to help manage resolution of all service requests, queries, exceptions and disputes from our retailer customers. Alongside this, you will build and maintain good relationships with our customers and internal teams to ensure all queries are answered in a timely manner.

The Metering services role covers a lot of different aspects giving members the knowledge in a vast range of skills to be constantly upskilling individuals.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing queries from retailers and FSP's for B2B market transactions via emails and incoming and outgoing calls.
Processing data received from Energy Retailers and Field Service Partners through Bluecurrent's workflow tools.
Ensuring data quality in Bluecurrent's database is maintained and assisting with resolving discrepancies and correcting asset data as required.
Who we are looking for:
You will come from a strong customer focus background and have some previous administration & data entry experience, along with the following:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Enthusiastic team player.
Driven individual, interested in learning and upskilling their knowledge.
