About the Role We are looking for a skilled administrator to work as a menu processor in the hospital kitchen. Work includes checking patient menus are correct and meet dietary requirements as prescribed, as well as translating patient menu requirements to the kitchen. You would work closely with two other menu processors and at times be the sole menu processor preparing menus for each meal service.

About You It helps if you have a good knowledge of food and experience in food service. If you like a busy environment and have a willingness to work as part of a team, this could be the position for you; however, on-the-job training is provided.
Ideally, you will also have:
A food hygiene certificate Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori, or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
