MASH Trust is a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services. We have services throughout the lower North Island with over 550 staff and volunteers. As a learning organisation, we offer funded Health & Wellbeing qualifications and study days to support you with your learning. We work as one team, empowering each other to promote community inclusion and self-determination for those we walk alongside. We have two full-time Pool Positions working 80 hours per fortnight. A POOL staff member is a staff member that works in a variety of homes covering all empty shifts we have available due to annual leave and training. This position means your shift pattern may change from week to week; however, you are provided your schedule of 80 hours at least a fortnight in advance. You must be available to work both AM and PM shifts, weekdays and weekends.
