This team works to help their community realise their potential, and supports individuals to live a fulfilling life, as independently as possible.We are looking for registered Social Workers, Counsellors or DAPAANZ therapists to work in the Whangarei region.About the Role:You will be working within a multidisciplinary team based in Whangarei. You will be working closely with clients to help them reach their treatment goals. The role is 40 hours Monday to Friday. You will facilitate clinical reviews and complete tasks like creating personalised plans and implementing actions towards the goals created in partnership with your clients. You will be taking the clinical lead in supporting your clients towards their recovery, whilst also coaching and mentoring support staff to achieve greater health outcomes.About You:We are looking for someone who describes themselves as proactive, self-motivated, and is driven to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
