Responsibilities:

Support patients in their daily activities and promote emotional well-being
Work collaboratively with mental health teams to provide tailored patient care
Assist with documentation and observe patients for any behavioral changes

Requirements:

Certificate or relevant experience in mental health care (preferred)
Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations
