Join a specialist medical and surgical facility as a Medical Receptionist based in Christchurch.
Your new role
Answer incoming calls
Greet customers, book appointments
Ensure payments received are receipted correctly
Ensure the waiting room is tidy at all times
General administrative support for the nursing, Office Manager, Business Manager and doctor when required
40 hours - Monday 8-5pm, Tuesday 12.30-7pm, Wednesday, Thursday 8-5pm and Friday 8-2.30pm
What you'll need to succeed
Administrative and reception experience
Experience working in a medical environment would be advantageous.
Great dealing with customers
Able to manage multiple tasks at once
Able to work under pressure and use your initiative
