About the role: This is a part-time role Monday to Friday, providing Front of Desk Medical Receptionist & Administration duties.
You will provide customer service and administration support using the "in-house" CRM system; ensuring a smooth and efficient operation for a busy setting.
Hourly rates of $28/hr - $31/hr - dependent upon experience.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer services to a range of clients and the team.
Respond to telephone queries and referrals professionally.
Manage client information accurately and efficiently.
Ensure the smooth running of the front desk and waiting room area.
Be self-directed, timely in your work, and efficient.
Work with a small team & a supportive Manager.
Work Monday to Friday with set work patterns - 4 hours per day, and 1 five-hour day.
Skills and Experience: Computer literacy, Intermediate+ skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent phone manner and listening skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize workloads.
Strong attention to detail and work processes.
Clear and concise English comprehension and spoken English.
