This is a Permanent full-time position of 80 hours per fortnight, working across Biochemistry, Immunology, and Haematology functions.To succeed in this role you will need:The ability to work in a methodical manner adhering to strict quality procedure guidelines.A team focus with initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Sound knowledge of laboratory operations including safety, quality assurance processes, operation of equipment, and hands-on practical experience.Registration with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand under the scope of Medical Laboratory Technician and a current Annual Practicing Certificate are advantageous, but not essential.Available to work rostered and rotating weekends and evenings.
