Mo Tenei Turanga Mahi - About the Role
This role will involve taking a clinical lead role within the CDHB with opportunities for teaching in the Bachelor of Medical Imaging (BMI) programme teaching at the Manawa campus.
The successful applicant will work with a team of staff who are experienced clinicians and educators. You are expected to be a qualified MIT with current registration and recent experience in general diagnostic radiography.

A degree qualification in Medical Imaging
Current New Zealand Scope of Practice Medical Imaging Technologist
Current industry/discipline knowledge
Knowledge of Te Whatu Ora processes and protocols
A broad range of clinical skills
Vision, innovation, and a commitment to facilitating own and others' learning.
Flexibility to work in a range of theoretical and clinical courses
Capable of supporting students to achieve their learning outcomes.
Digital literacy including - competence using a computer (including Microsoft office products)
Effective communication with a diverse range of others, at all levels within and outside the organisation
Passionate about medical imaging and the opportunities to improve practice or give back to health sector through education.
