Medical Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced medical administrator to assist in a busy role located either Greenlane or Grafton.  Working within a hospital environment you would be working full time hours Monday to Friday for up to 6 months, possibly longer.
Duties include:

Scheduling Patient Appointments
Answering Email/phone queries
Sending out appointment confirmations
Data Entry, updating patient details
General Administrative duties

To be considered you will:

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have had solid administration and customer service experience. Experience working within the medical sector is an advantage.
Advanced MS office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Be confident with working to deadlines in a busy work environment
Flexible to take on a variety of tasks as required
