This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday.Based on your experience and qualifications, your pay will range from $42.50 - $52.00 per hour. You will report to the on-site Engineering Manager and have a team reporting to you.As a Mechanical Lead, you will be responsible for:Allocating the maintenance workload with staff during planned maintenance and on a day-to-day basisChecking on all work completed and identifying if any follow-up is requiredEnsuring all company and work standards are metWorking alongside the Maintenance Planner and Engineering ManagerApproving and converting all requests into work orders for the Maintenance PlannerPreparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocating work as per the forecasted workloads with related softwareRaising safety permits and conducting safety inspectionsEmploying, supervising, and training staffEnsuring good communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDocumentation and record keepingTool inventory and storageHealth & Safety, Food Safety, and all work safety standardsHandling ad-hoc work requestsWho are you?You are a self-starter looking for a new adventure.
