Mechanical Design Team Lead F/M

About the role As the Lead Sales Engineer within the Sales Design team, you will provide impactful leadership and guidance to your direct reports and facilitate the delivery of effective, technical design solutions.
Collaborating closely with your team, you will offer mechanical design support throughout the tender process, from estimation to submission.
A key part of this role involves collaborating with the sales team, estimators and other engineering departments to gain a clear understanding of the client's requirements, in order to develop and deliver the most effective solution.
