Job Title: McDonalds Restaurant Manager
Location: Thames McDonald's - Waikato Region
Role: Permanent Full Time
Hours of Work: Minimum 40hrs per week
This is an exciting role that will be varied and busy! The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit in the restaurant. 
Your key responsibilities will include managing employees to ensure that the restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to. You will engage with your crew and managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Maccas Experience to life everyday. 
You will also ensure the compliance of safety and security standards to create a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
In addition to supervising employees you will be responsible coordinating the various functions and systems that are critical to the success of the restaurant.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualification required is McDonalds Restaurant Manager training of Restaurant Leadership Practices (RLP Course) or Leading Great Restaurants (LGR Course). A similar level with a minimum of 3 years experience in QSR will also be considered.
