This role is for 6 months of maternity cover from 25th November 2024 - 4th July 2025, Monday to Friday, 9-5 at our Mt Wellington Head Office.If you are seeking a varied role that touches on all facets of the business, please submit your application now.The Role:Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence for company email accounts, handling phone calls, and maintaining office records and files.Coordinate office operations, such as office supply management, equipment maintenance, and facilities upkeep.Take a lead role in organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and preparation of materials.Assist all departments with travel arrangements and accommodation.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Support human resources functions, including assisting with recruitment processes and coordinating employee onboarding and training activities.Manage financial tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.Present a quarterly report on office expenses measured against the budget.Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive work environment.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and collaboration.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient administrative systems and practices.Required Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
