Title: Full-Time Marketing Specialist Role Available Full-time employment guaranteeing a minimum of 30 hours per week Hourly rate: 30-35/hour Location: Auckland Founded in 2009, L&W Holiday Ltd. has been dedicated to serving international visitors across New Zealand.
We specialize in offering comprehensive transport and tour solutions for inbound tourism.
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Full-Time (minimum of 30 hours per week) Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing techniques, particularly in the tourism sector.
Job descriptions: Conduct research to identify tourism market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.  Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and tourism services across various channels.  Enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency in promotional materials.  Build relationships with stakeholders, including travel agencies and influencers, to expand the company's network.
Manage the marketing-related online presence, with a focus on SEO analysis, optimization, and marketing strategies Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.  Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.  Analyze customer feedback and reviews to improve services and ensure customer satisfaction.  Prepare reports on marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.  Stay updated with the latest marketing trends to keep the company competitive.  Requirements: Bachelor or above qualification relating to marketing and management is mandatory.
Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute the formal qualification.  Capable of planning and executing marketing activities, with knowledge in both digital and offline channels.  Familiarity with general marketing tools and techniques.  Good organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple tasks.  A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.Â
