Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong digital marketing background with a focus on e-commerce and strategy execution. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that boost our online presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop compelling content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and the company website.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to generate engaging visual and written material.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media accounts analyzing engagement metrics and evolving strategies to enhance our social media presence.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with our broader marketing goals.
SEO & SEM Initiatives:
- Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Manage paid search campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust based on data insights.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns from concept through execution, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Segment email lists and analyze open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas to team brainstorming sessions aimed at expanding marketing reach and audience engagement.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the allocation and management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies are employed.
- Monitor expenses and ROI for all digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO best practices, email marketing software, and web analytics tools.
