What You'll Be Doing Mo te Turanga Join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract as our Marketing Manager specialising in Insurance and Finance. You'll be at the heart of developing and executing marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and grow the AA. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement annual marketing plans and roadmaps. Leading a team of 3 Marketing Specialists, you'll provide support and guidance and as a team deliver effective acquisition and retention initiatives across our insurance and finance products including Life, Health, Pet, Travel and Money. Key accountabilities include : Lead and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across diverse channels such as email, direct mail, social media, programmatic, and search. Cultivate a growth mindset and drive strong employee engagement through active development of direct reports Contribute to annual sales targets and revenue planning, providing monthly performance reports to stakeholders. Recommend changes in product and pricing dynamics, functionality, and value proposition to drive improved results. Manage and develop customer segmentation, lifecycle and lifetime value sight and understanding, to evolve overall, long term growth and retention strategy. Collect, analyse and interpret customer data to identify requirements and information to optimise customer experience. Management of assigned portfolio marketing budgets with adherence to marketing expenditure to ensure no overspend. About You Mou You have experience in a marketing role where you've led a team to success. You will be comfortable working in multi-stakeholder environments, balancing multiple brand and commercial objectives. Your drive and self-motivation means you can handle diverse projects at a fast pace, delivering results that make a real impact. Direct and digital marketing experience, with a strong background in campaign management. Ability to manage budgets and financial controls effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in product marketing. Proficiency in project management and people management. Tertiary qualification a plus, but experience is key!
