About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will be hands-on with all aspects of our marketing strategy. This role isn't just about high-level planning - you'll be producing graphic assets in Canva, posting on social media, writing articles, building and optimising customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and diving into website analytics to refine our approach. You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content while also analysing client feedback to ensure our strategies are hitting the mark.
In this role, you will bring the four pillars of our marketing strategy to life: enhancing client engagement, expanding advice exposure, fostering referral-driven growth, and building lifetime relationships. You'll be central to achieving our business objectives while staying aligned with Lifetime's values.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that support Lifetime's business objectives.
Design and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, leads, and client retention.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging, consistent messaging across all platforms.
Maintain Lifetime's brand identity across all communications and marketing materials. Ensure all campaigns reflect our "Advice for Life" philosophy and resonate with target audiences.
Develop strategies to enhance client experiences through tailored content, events, and webinars.
Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create data-driven, personalised client journeys that improve engagement.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and aligning individual growth with business goals. Provide clear direction on marketing initiatives to ensure effective execution.
Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimise strategies and Return on investment. Track marketing budget spending and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Support Lifetime's charitable trust Initiative 'Dream Days' by implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and promote awareness and engagement through campaigns and content creation.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey building, email automation, and data segmentation.
A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and CRM systems.
Experience managing marketing budgets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
A client-first mentality with a passion for creating meaningful, long-term relationships.
Familiarity with financial services or advisory sectors is a plus but not essential.
