The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Catalyst Performance Agronomy. This hands-on, diverse role is a critical part of our business model and will play a key role in shaping our brand presence and executing marketing strategies. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing, including digital, social media, and educational marketing, ensuring we have a strong, positive, and relevant presence across all platforms.
About the Role
Catalyst Performance Agronomy is in an exciting growth phase, redefining traditional agronomy services with a fresh and innovative approach. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will see you managing all aspects of marketing for the business. From digital and social media strategies to educational campaigns and brand-building initiatives, your contribution will be critical to enhancing our presence in the market and supporting our vision for the future.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and execute the marketing strategy to support internal and external communications.
Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Manage digital and social media channels, ensuring strong engagement and consistent messaging.
Ensure sponsorship visibility and alignment with marketing goals.
Contribute to a positive company culture by aligning behaviours and communications with our values and vision.
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience in marketing and communications, with strong relationship-building skills.
A creative approach to campaign development and audience engagement.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and data-driven strategies.
Strong skills in IT and business tools, including advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
An ability to interpret and leverage data for effective marketing strategies.
Exceptional organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the agriculture sector is highly advantageous.
