MAF NZ has served communities in some of the most remote locations in the world for more than 78 years, using light aircraft to deliver hope and healing to those in deepest human need.
Located in the Kendon-Strong MAF Centre and at Tauranga Airport, you will be managing Marketing and Brand for Mission Aviation Fellowship New Zealand.
This includes:
Managing the MAF NZ marketing strategy, supporting our fundraising and recruitment efforts
Overseeing the MAF brand across all platforms, collateral, departments, and aspects of MAF NZ
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness and gain supporters for MAF
Creative direction and campaign/project management from ideation to execution
Social media and digital advertising across multiple platforms (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Developing email strategy including email journeys, campaigns, and newsletters
Budget management
We are open to shaping the position to suit the skills of the right person. While we are looking for an all-rounder, there is potential to contract out some aspects of the role. This includes some flexibility in the number of work hours.
Do you have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a similar role
At least 3 years' experience in a relevant leadership role
Alignment with the core values of Mission Aviation Fellowship
