Our estate complex among our 10 lodge rooms and 10 villas, 60 bedrooms in total, restaurants, bars, winery and conference facilities.
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Events Manager to join our team.
Who has strong backgrounds on marketing strategic marketing planning, tactical marketing analysis skills, strong experience with social media platforms, experienced on brand management and development, competent with graphic design software.
The Marketing & Events Manager will be primarily responsible for executing the sales strategy of Carrington Estate with the ultimate objective of maximising revenues across all revenue generating outlets to include accommodation, events and weddings, golf, restaurants and bar.
The Marketing & Events Manager must maintain awareness of the factors that influence the hospitality industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of the company's customers.
The Marketing & Events Manager is also responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet guests' needs, working closely with other resort staff to ensure guests are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Devise and implement the overall marketing plan for the Carrington Estate and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPI's, budgets and revenues.
Build-on and develop relationships with our current clients.
Organise and conduct site inspections and familiarisation trips in conjunction with the team Manage the number and performance of third party and promotional websites and liaise with providers in ensuring optimisation of the estates online position.
Managing the content of the overall Carrington's website Evaluates and drives the estates participation in the various sales channels, Market Sales, Event Booking Centres, electronic lead channels, etc.
Manage all promotional collateral from copyright through to design and print.
Ensure in house promotional material is current, effective and supports any new sales and marketing promotions.
Develop and execute integrated growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Ensure that all client correspondence is tracked and recorded, including quotations and contracts.
Represent the estate at consumer trade fairs, and other hospitality, tourism events and industry meetings to maintain knowledge of market, competition and customers.
Create and manage detailed plans to improve the user journey and boost conversion rates.
Campaign Oversight: Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Implement cutting-edge growth marketing initiatives and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Utilise tools such as Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM platforms to maximise growth opportunities.
Conduct rigorous A/B tests to refine marketing tactics and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Use analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance, implementing data-driven improvements for better ROI.
Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Submit weekly Marketing activity reports to the General Manager.
