Marketing Data Analyst

In this role , you will have the opportunity to: Utilise SQL queries and collect data from multiple sources to analyse and identify target audiences, develop customer segmentation strategies, and extract key data that showcases the effectiveness of marketing performance, campaigns, and tactics. Evaluate marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities. Utilise data visualisation tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, designing reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and establish standards for marketing data, and work with business operations to create the infrastructure for collecting and processing marketing data. Collaborate with internal data teams on major data-related projects impacting the Customer Experience team. In order to be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of seven years in a similar role with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field. Understanding of marketing campaign processes, performance analytics, and best practices. Designing marketing analytics programs and advanced marketing data analytics capabilities. Experience with data visualisation, insight interpretation and dashboard design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with previous experience in customer segmentation, data storytelling, and forecasting. Systems and Tools: Dashboarding platform & reporting automation (PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc.) Customer Data Platform (CDP), preferably Segment or Adobe CDP. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools, preferably Power BI. Digital analytics (Adobe Analytics, Marketo Measure, Google Analytics, etc.) Experience in providing recommendations for A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimisation and familiarity with marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo) and SalesForce would be a bonus.
