The Role
We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Nelson to support our marketing efforts and sales team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with both marketing and customer service experience, offering the chance to engage with customers while showcasing your digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Support customers via phone, email, and in-person to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and product knowledge.
Marketing Coordination & Content Creation: Update marketing materials like catalogues and buyers' guides.
Keep website content current; coordinate with developers on updates and issues.
Support social media, digital campaigns, and email communications.
Create regular EDMs, gather testimonials, and produce case studies.
Maintain fresh content on blogs, social media, and website, focusing on SEO and ad campaigns.
Sales Support & Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist on projects to enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in a similar marketing coordination role.
Proficient in digital marketing (B2B / B2C) and social media management.
Strong writing skills for engaging and compelling storytelling across different mediums.
Skilled in content creation tools with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Friendly, team-oriented, and ready to pitch in across the business when needed.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales support is a plus.
A cheerful, friendly demeanour that will contribute to our positive workplace culture.
Confidence to make suggestions to the business on marketing tools, strategies and campaigns.
