Marketing Coordinator

You will be working for two car dealerships - Robertson Prestige and Palmfeild Motors. Both locally owned and operated in Palmerston North under the umbrella of Robertson Motor Group. We are looking for a Marketing Star who will relish in this diverse role.The primary brands you will represent at Robertson Prestige will be Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda & GMSV. For Palmfeild Motors, Mazda and Subaru. All well recognized, global brands with national support from each of their head offices.You will be responsible for:Marketing and Campaign executions - local and distributor initiatedCreating and booking Media Content, including Digital, Social, and print MediaPlan and prepare external eDMsEnsuring Corporate Identity guidelines are followedPlan and execute Dealer Events, Trade Fairs, and Promotional DaysBuild and maintain external marketing relationships with suppliers, partners, and Brand distributorsDesign and order Automotive Products & MerchandiseMaintain Digital and social media growthMaintain CRM data and customer loyalty programmeWebsites CMS design, updates, and maintenanceAssist with annual distributor business plansMeet monthly with Distributors to present marketing plans and budgetsOur ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing role and have strong Creative and Design skills.Our successful applicant will demonstrate:Experience in Social Media and Traditional MarketingProject Management skillsSound organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilityStrong organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsConfident computer skills and the ability to pick up new systemsSound like you?
