THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our marketing team, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and be responsible for coordinating all marketing collateral and implementing campaigns across all print and digital channels for TopmaQ, Head Chef, and Fawn.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Plan and execute our organic social content to engage our audience with imagery and clever copywriting, and manage community interactions. Create engaging monthly campaigns focusing on user journeys for each of our personas across all channels. Assist with our SEO strategy by crafting on-page and off-page content, including monthly blog articles. Utilise our email marketing platform to send out weekly campaigns and create email automations. Implement and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with guidance from the Digital Marketing Manager. Maintain our website with up-to-date products and campaign landing pages. Use Google Analytics and Business Manager to provide performance reports. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing content. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality photo and video content. The person we are looking for has: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with SEO and content creation. Experience with social media and website management. Proficiency in eDM creation. Experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Ability to excel under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Initiative and problem-solving abilities. A passion for campaign planning and coordination.
