**Key Responsibilities:** - **Market Research:** Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
Utilize gathered information to help shape marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Content Creation:** Assist in the development of engaging and innovative content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
Ensure content aligns with Aetna's brand voice and marketing objectives.
- **Campaign Support:** Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and monitor marketing campaigns.
Assist in tracking performance metrics, analyzing results, and providing insights for future campaigns.
- **Social Media Management:** Manage and update Aetna's social media profiles, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
Create and schedule posts that encourage interaction and increase brand awareness.
- **Event Coordination:** Help in planning and organizing marketing events and webinars, from logistics to promotional materials.
Administer post-event follow-ups and feedback collection to enhance future initiatives.
- **Administrative Support:** Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks, including database management, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- **Creative Input:** Contribute creative ideas and new concepts to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns while ensuring alignment with company goals.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing roles or related internships.
- **Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, or social media management tools).
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends is a plus.
