Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Avon Products is seeking a dedicated and passionate Marketing Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of the company. With at least 3 years of experience in marketing, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to contribute new ideas and strategies.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Avon Products- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content- Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements- Collaborate with external partners and vendors for marketing initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3 years of experience in marketing- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and writing skills- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box- Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with others- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
