Your key responsibilities will include:Content Leadership : Curate and oversee our content portfolio across all platforms and channels, serving as the 'head of content' to ensure quality and cohesion.Audience Engagement: Gain valuable insights into our audience's needs and preferences to design engaging campaigns spanning events, training, communications, and video content.Team Leadership : Lead the Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator, who will coordinate the regular events and digital channels, as set out in the strategy.Member Engagement : Work with the CEO and Administrator to continually improve our membership lifecycle and engagements, including streamlining customer experiences - e.g. event registrations and member renewals.Event Management : Take charge of setting our events and training calendar, overseeing budgets, ticket pricing, and leading the delivery of our three annual flagship events with finesse and attention to detail.Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and media stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.Communications Excellence: Lead the Chamber's comms, including managing the brand family, leading timely campaigns, engaging story-telling, and supporting the CEO's advocacy initiatives.Our Ideal Person has:At least 5 years of relevant industry experience (marcomms and events).Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and execute effective storytelling across a range of mediums.Savviness and drive to explore technology to discover smarter and faster ways to improve creative outcomes and get stuff done.Public relations experience, with a keen eye for newsworthy content, understanding the importance of timing, and media relationships.Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching developing staff, delegating tasks, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.Experience in event planning and delivery, including budgeting, health and safety compliance, and coordinating medium-sized events (500 pax).Ready to Make Your Mark?If you're a strategic thinker, creative visionary, and natural leader ready to make waves in the world of business, we want to hear from you!
