- **CRM Management**: Support the maintenance and growth of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by updating client information, identifying opportunities for lead nurturing, and creating automated marketing workflows.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars, including coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and following up with participants.
- **Analytics Reporting**: Generate reports on marketing performance, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to provide data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging and reinforce our branding efforts.
### Qualifications - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
