The Growth Project – Whakaahu Whakamua is a programme for Maori graduates and Tauira Maori to have access to internship, graduate and full-time (up to 40 hours per week) opportunities. Throughout this programme, you will receive great training and mentorship, internal and external network opportunities, and wonderful pastoral care whilst we assist you with finding the right role for you. Eligibility for the programme requires you: To be identified as Maori (Requirement of Te Puni Kokiri - The Ministry of Maori Development) Be studying or have recently completed a tertiary qualification (up to 24 months) Great communication skills - both verbal and written Be eligible to live and work in New Zealand Be passionate about developing your professional skills

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Internship or project experience in marketing, advertising, or communications is a plus but not essential.
