Qualifications & experience Prior relationship management experienceComfort and experience in presenting to groups and teamsHistory of identifying who the decision maker is and how to get in the door!Experience in dealing with wider team up to the CEOAbility to cold call door to door offering solutions on the spot to potential customers Tasks & responsibilities Prospect new business and develop strategies to successfully obtain new business opportunitiesA positive "can do" attitude with the ability to motivateAlways demonstrate an approachable work style that identifies and offers solutions to your customersPresenting and training customers on a regular basisConduct meetings and customer reviewsGrow and develop opportunities with genuine customer relationships within your geographical region, also with national oversight and influence across the New Zealand teamReport weekly activity and detailed market activityFlexibility to work across various levels of customers from stand alone operator through to multi national franchiseActively contribute ideas to the business Job Role Maintaining a regular call cycle for our direct clients in the North Island (from Taupo to the top of the North Island). Managing relationships with our distributor customers from product ranging, promotional activity and presenting the brand to their sales teams.Managing relationships with key accounts that fall within the North Island territory. Becoming a master presenter of the brand story and strategies of both SHOTT and QUARTERPAST brands.Strategic thinking to find new avenues of growth for the brand throughout the North Island.
