The Ingredients Market Coordinator role at Tatua is a pivotal role, and a great opportunity for an individual to use their drive, strong organisational, customer service and interpersonal skills to get things done. They will deal well with pressure, and at the end of the day will derive pleasure from having achieved a measurable impact on the business.
The Market Co-ordinator role is full-time role based here at Tatua. It reports into the Business Manager – Ingredients, and plays a critical role in the execution of our global sales.
Key responsibilities include:

Communication with global customers
Building strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders
Coordination of sales forecasts, orders and export logistics
Monitoring inventory levels and production planning
General support to the Business Manager and global teams.

The ideal candidate will display:

Self-motivation and initiative
A high level of enthusiasm, adaptability and intelligence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Planning and organisational skills
Strong numerical ability.

It is expected that applicants will be at a graduate level or have proven customer service experience in an export orientated environment. A passion and interest in both the dairy and food industries is a distinct advantage. If you have these interests, along with strong communication skills, a proactive working style and are keen to be part of an energetic team, then we are keen to hear from you.
